Veteran Hiring Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Sean Mulrooney and Bradley Garner
What it takes to hire and lead veteran talent, from two veterans who've done both.

Most hiring organizations say they value veterans. Few understand the true meaning of the transition, or what’s on the other side of it: candidates trying to translate high-consequence experience into a résumé and an interview recruiters can recognize and quantify.
Enter Sean Mulrooney and Bradley Garner.
Both have worn the uniform, and each spent their civilian careers on the hiring side of that translation. Sean left the Navy after 21 years as a commander and pilot, then spent years running the transition pipeline as Chapter Lead of Veterans Beer Club San Diego, connecting veterans with employers and watching the same friction points trip up the hiring process again and again. Bradley runs a 15-person recruiting team at General Atomics, building the technical, corporate, SkillBridge, and veteran hiring programs that decide whether that friction gets solved or just gets talked about.
Together, they’re giving our audience a rare chance to hear from two veterans who’ve done the hiring, not just talked about it.
