The CandEs as they’re known is the first research program focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Kevin has over 25 years of domain expertise in HR and recruiting and has written two books: Tech Job Hunt Handbook in 2012 from Apress, and Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance in 2022 from Kogan Page.
