Sourcecon Webinar

The Art of Candidate Outreach

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Candidate outreach is an art. It requires emotional intelligence and a sense of timing. Recruiters proficient in this skill will benefit from stronger talent pipelines, more offer accepts, and less ghosting by candidates.

If you and your team could benefit from improved response rates from passive talent, more predictability in your hiring processes, and the ability to connect with the right candidates more effectively and more efficiently, then you won’t want to miss our upcoming webinar.

Join us on Tuesday, February 22, at 2pm ET, as Brian Fink, Sharon Reid, Mikey Weil, and Mike Chuidian share their secrets of successful candidate outreach.

Key topics of discussion will include:

  • Less is more; messages that demand attention
  • Follow-up cadences and the rhythm of rapport
  • Building relationships that last
  • Handling referrals with finesse
  • Using memes, emojis, and GIFS

Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day.
