For most of her 21-year recruiting career she has worked on the agency side of recruitment, igniting the interest of passive candidates. Her prior experience in advertising and marketing gives her a unique perspective on what it takes to attract talent. She also apparently thrives when the odds are stacked against her, having begun her recruiting career during the dot-bust of the early 2000s and started her own firm during the 2009 recession.
