Jeslyn Xie

With a passion for talent acquisition, Jeslyn has been focusing on IT and Finance recruitment for the past 6 years, and has successfully placed numerous professionals worldwide. She is a strong believer of Agile recruitment, and is always curious to learn new concepts and best practices. She is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Scotiabank, and is also a part-time blogger for her own website, jeslynxie.com.

Sharon Reid

Sharon is a passionate Sourcer with about ten years experience. She loves to research and find unique and innovative ways to identify talent, as well as build relationships. She believes the ability to utilize emotional intelligence, technical, creative, and critical thinking skills is essential to being a great Sourcer. Not only does she enjoy acquiring as much knowledge as she can within the sourcing community but also sharing what she knows with others.

Sharon has experience working in both Corporate settings for fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Mars and Hasbro and small boutique recruitment agencies. She has spent the past three years managing global teams and working with venture-backed startups within fin-tech, health-tech, and more to fill positions in engineering, product, gaming, marketing, sales, HR to name a few.

Currently, she is a Managing Partner for Exalt Hire LLC where she continues to provide consulting to start-ups and large companies, which includes training recruiting & sourcing teams on diversity recruitment and effective sourcing techniques through various methods using non-traditional sources.
