Being asked to fill a considerable number of roles in a relatively short amount of time has become common in many recruiting circles, especially for teams working in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, food services, or retail. With resources and time becoming increasingly precious for talent acquisition professionals, finding ways to do more with less is vitally important to meet hiring goals and maintain a sense of sanity.
