Recruiting is a PROFIT Center

If you want to strengthen your recruiting influence and elevate your talent acquisition career, it is important to be able to demonstrate that your recruiting team is a PROFIT center, not a COST center. This exercise is especially beneficial during periods of budget allocation. It’s also a best practice during economic slowdowns, when company leaders are weighing tough decisions and possible cutbacks.
Join us for a free webinar with Paul Freed and Derek Mullens as they discuss powerful strategies and talking points that you and your team can use during recruiting syncs with hiring managers and stakeholders.
A few discussion topics we will cover include:
-
The Company Goals are your Recruiting Goals
-
Show ROI and Measurable Wins
-
Counter-cycle Investment – Upgrade talent while others have layoffs
-
Sharpen the Saw – Upgrade job descriptions, careers page, recruiting videos and technology to be more efficient
-
Talent Pipeline – Pre-recruit talent for likely key hires coming up to reduce Time to Hire to only a few days
