Like many talent acquisition professionals, you may be dealing with a decreased workload and a need to think differently about how to create value within your organization. It’s an especially difficult challenge because it hinges on defining “value” in the first place. What did value look like pre-pandemic? What can it — should it — look like today and in the future?

Join members from U.S. Bank’s talent acquisition team to explore these questions and discover how they have been approaching their work differently in light of COVID-19. You’ll experience three different perspectives on the evolution of roles and responsibilities within a leading TA team. Chris Hill, senior director of talent acquisition; Sarah Julius, recruiting manager for technology and operations; and Ka’ LIna Savina, recruiter for technology and operations will reveal not only how their work has changed but more importantly, how they have changed their work.

This is a unique opportunity to gain a deep view — through multiple lenses — into how TA professionals have responded to today’s crisis both individually and as a team.

This webinar will fill up fast. Register to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits.
