Chris Hill

Chris Hill is the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at U.S. Bank.  He oversees the tools, resources, hiring initiatives for the company and overall recruiting vision and strategy for all positions, entry level through senior management.

Hill has worked in the recruiting industry for over 15 years, the last 12 at U.S. Bank.  His recruiting experience includes working within an executive search firm, recruiting outsourced process functions and corporate recruitment hiring all levels of talent into organizations.

Hill has served on the board of directors of the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra and is currently serving as Chair on the board of directors for the Chester Bowl Improvement Club.  He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from the University of Minnesota.

Sarah Julius

Sarah Julius is a Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years of recruiting experience in the Financial and Professional Services sectors. She is passionate about serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and building inclusive, consultative recruiting teams. She lives in Minneapolis with her wife, daughter, and two dogs, and in her free time she writes musicals.

Ka’Lina Savina

Ka’Lina Savina is a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 5 plus years of recruiting experience. She is a recruiter in the technology space within U.S. Bank, with a background in sourcing and operations recruiting. She enjoys connecting with potential candidates and exploring their career aspirations. Ka’Lina is from Minneapolis, MN, and in her spare time enjoys playing in sand volleyball leagues and spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family.
