Alexandra has spent over a decade working at hyper-growth technology companies in the Learning & Talent Development space. She has maintained a primary focus on new hire onboarding program design and delivery at both HubSpot and OneTrust. She cares deeply about ensuring onboarding experiences support a strong employee value proposition and activate passion for the company, the culture and the work. Her work also includes leveraging technology to streamline program operations, finding innovate ways to bring learning opportunities to folks, measuring outcomes and impact of learning programs and supporting enablement and education across the employee lifecycle.

As Rival’s Chief Product Officer, Poornima leads the global product and data science teams and is responsible for driving Rival’s product vision and roadmap. She enjoys grounding product strategy in customer empathy and market understanding in order to ensure that solutions deeply resonate with clients and shape the future of their work. Poornima brings nearly 15 years of experience across product and technology roles; prior to Rival, she held product leadership roles at Workday, Salesforce, Persefoni and Alteryx. Poornima also holds a PhD in Linguistics from SUNY Buffalo.

Jill has been involved in the Learning & Talent Development industry for 6+ years.  She started in this space as a Facilitator and is currently a Global Manager of Learning & Talent Development at HubSpot.  Jill has primarily focused on building and supporting new hire onboarding experiences that create an exciting, welcoming, and inclusive environment for learners of all abilities.  Additionally, she has enjoyed working on several key talent development programs at HubSpot with the goal of accelerating employee growth, enhancing connections in a hybrid world, and amplifying business impact and opportunities for employee development.
