Optimizing recruitment processes has never been more important. As recruiting leaders strive to provide better insight into the talent acquisition functions of their teams, determining which metrics and KPIs should be used is an important step, because that which can be measured can be improved.

Join Trent Cotton and Kalifa Oliver, Ph.D. as they discuss the value of data in recruiting, and how collected facts and figures can be used to drive informed talent acquisition decisions.

Key takeaways of this topic will include:

  • Why is your quick quit rate so important and what symptoms does it expose?
  • What’s the difference between a lead measure and a lag measure? Which one do you report and which one do you manage?
  • How do you visualize the data in a way to allow you to become a better recruiting organization?
