Jeremy Roberts, SPHR

Jeremy Roberts is a Director of Solution Design with Cielo Talent. In recent years, Jeremy has worked in product and customer success leadership roles with some of the most cutting-edge sourcing technology startups in HRTech. From 2013 to 2016, Jeremy served as Editor of SourceCon. Prior to his time with SourceCon, he spent over a decade working as a recruiting practitioner. This time was spent in diverse environments, including third party agency settings (retained and contingent), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and internal corporate HR departments. His previous employers include the MHA Group, Ajilon Finance, Korn Ferry Futurestep, Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, and Randstad Sourceright, US. He resides in Ponder, TX.

Tracey Friend

A Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions business leader, known for driving innovation and integrated people, process and technology solutions within the field of Talent Acquisition.  My outstanding work in this area resulted in growing a global RPO and Total Talent Practice that focused on large-scale recruiting initiatives and being recognized by HRO Today, as a Talent Acquisition Super Star. Now Tracey leads recruiting for EVO Payments rebuilding the entire Talent Acquisition function.  On the personal side, Tracey is married and has two college-aged kids.
