Eleesha is a dedicated recruiting professional with over 20 years of solid and diverse experience in recruiting and talent acquisition for all industries. Eleesha began her recruiting career in the staffing industry and later went to work for Texas Workforce Solutions before getting into the PEO industry. She attended McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA before moving to Houston, TX where she later received a degree in Business Management. Eleesha has completed several courses related to recruiting, sourcing, and training and development. She's a former member of HR Houston and a current member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She previously served on G&A’s CX Ambassador Council and is currently the Chairperson for the YOUnify (DEIB) ERG and a member of the Mentorship Program. In her current role as RPO Manager for G&A Partners, she plays an integral role in actively managing the recruiting engagements for the company’s corporate and client positions by working closely with hiring managers to identify the best recruiting strategy in identifying and hiring top talent.

Sam attended high school overseas which sparked a passion for connecting people. After receiving a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M in College Station, TX, he interned and later hired on fulltime with G&A Partners in recruiting. He serves on our CX Ambassador Council, a group focused on improving the candidate and client experience, as well as Younify; an employee resource group centered around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Sam is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and plans to take the PHR Certification exam this year. Since arriving at G&A Partners, he has recruited for both client and corporate roles, assisted on numerous projects, and continues to grow his passion for helping organizations identify, recruit, and retain top talent.
