Kelby Tansey serves as the Manager of Recruitment Marketing at Dallas-based Southwest Airlines, the nation’s largest domestic airline. During her six-year tenure in Talent Acquisition at Southwest, she has established and built the Recruitment Marketing, Employer Brand, and Candidate Experience programs. She is a passionate and innovative Leader, always looking to solve problems, learn something new and build better experiences. She graduated from Harding University with a BBA in Marketing. When she’s not working, you can find her using her flight benefits (work with me, fly for free!) to visit family and explore the world with her husband, Jake, and their son, Patrick.

Mike Bruny
Senior HR Strategist, Employee Experience and Employer Branding

Mike Ambassador Bruny works on all things related to the employee experience in his role as Senior HR Strategist, Employee Experience and Employer Branding at Babson College.
During his career, he has helped to start a peer empowerment team, lead employee resource groups and was one of the first employee brand ambassadors for Intel.
Outside of work, Mike focuses on all kinds of creative projects, including making men’s accessories (pocket squares and bow ties) from sustainable material, reading to his 8yr old and playing Pickleball.
