Campus recruiting isn’t what it used to be. The college recruiter’s responsibilities now far exceed meeting students at career fairs and filling seats. The stakes are higher, the demands are greater, and results are being measured.

To drive a successful college recruitment strategy, you need to understand the student audience, be great campus partners with schools, create attractive events and candidate experience, nurture underrepresented talent, and be able to analyze and report your recruiting efforts’ impact and ROI.

Don’t know where to start? We got you. Join us for a free webinar as campus recruiting leaders from manufacturing and tech spaces, and more share their best practices on how to drive successful campus recruiting operations.

You’ll learn:

  • What Gen Z wants and cares about
  • How to be great partners with schools and universities
  • Best practices to create successful campus career fairs and events
  • Tips to manage, engage, and nurture underrepresented student talent

Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits.
