She holds a master's degree in linguistics, and loves pattern recognition, data analysis, growing teams, and finding arcane analogies for everything. 
 

Abigail Chambley

Abigail Chambley cut her teeth in Talent Acquisition as an agency recruiter supporting a variety of industries and functions, before focusing solely on technology. After realizing her passion for Talent Acquisition structure and operations, she transitioned to "in-house" recruitment with BetterCloud, where she built that team and function from the ground. In early 2021, she moved on to Mission, an AWS Premier Partner and Managed Cloud Services provider, to build a best-in-class recruiting machine where hiring rapidly, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience are the primary focuses.
