Building job-ready skills quickly, within the context of work, is essential to overcoming skill gaps to flourish in an era defined by a talent shortage. If this sounds daunting you are not alone – most HR, Talent, and L&D leaders want to invest in this area but battle existing tools and processes that don’t scale.

Join us for a free webinar on Wednesday, February 16, at 2pm ET as Michael M. Moon, PhD, Global Director, Learning Experience and People Analytics at Align Technology, Hannah Brock, Senior Program Manager, Inclusive Hiring Programs at Uber, and Valerie Egan, Director Learning & Development at Girl Scouts of the USA, discuss why managing and developing internal talent is critical to the achievement of business goals.

  • Improve employee experiences and talent retention with L&D

  • Overcome some of the biggest challenges of building skills, particularly within the hybrid workforce

  • Enable line-of-business managers to co-own the design and development of skill building programs
