Michael M. Moon, PhD (She/Her)

Dr. Moon is a talented HCM Strategist and People Analytics expert with a proven ability to provide unique and innovative insights and solutions in the management and application of human capital. She uses a grounded approach to people management through a unique blend of evidenced-based and research driven processes.

Areas of expertise/research focus include: hr technology, performance management, employee engagement, social technology use in the workplace, culture/trust, learning, HR measurement and analytics, and social network analysis.

Dr. Moon has a deep understanding of the motivational factors that impact employees and, as an HR leader, she is passionate about finding a balance between growing a business and treating employees well.

Hannah Brock (She/Her)

Hannah Brock is a Senior Program Manager at Uber and she specializes in building scalable, comprehensive programs to solve global talent and recruiting challenges.

Valerie Egan

Valerie Egan is Senior Direction of Talent Acquisition for The Girl Scouts of the USA.  In this role she is responsible for the Talent Acquisition Function for GSUSA. She provides day to day oversight to the team as well as provides strategic direction to identify process improvements and enhance candidate experience.  She is also expanding her reach into the Talent Management and Learning Function for GSUSA.

Before joining GSUSA, Valerie was Head of Resourcing, North America for Linde.  She managed the staffing function and provided oversight to an outsourced vendor. She has also worked for organizations including Aon Consulting, AT&T and Merrill Lynch.

She holds a BS from St. Peter's College and an MBA from Pace University.

She has been involved with HRO Today Services and Technology Association for several years and currently serves on the North American Board.  Valerie is also the recipient of the 2018 HRO Today’s Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year Award for Non Profits.
