Diversity Hiring and University Programs – How to Build Robust Early Talent Pipelines

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

One of the most effective courses of action for improving diversity hiring is with a strategically planned university recruiting program. Unfortunately, many teams do not know where to begin, and they struggle to implement repeatable processes that effectively and efficiently target the right colleges.

Join us on Thursday, October 7th, at 2pm ET as Taylor Franco shares what she’s learned during her experiences leading university recruiting at Celanese. Attendees will be shown how to improve their university recruiting methods, and will learn how these techniques have a direct impact on diversity initiatives.

Additional takeaways will include:

  • How to develop the right criteria for more precisely targeting colleges and universities
  • How to engage schools and students in today’s evolving recruiting landscape
  • How to refine intern programs to better account for talent supply and demand
  • How to leverage technology to achieve organizational goals
