Adam Rosenfield is a seasoned veteran of the HR and talent acquisition space, working with companies from seed stage to IPO and placing leaders from entry-level to C-suite while creating just and inclusive organizations in the process. He currently works for CapMetro, Austin’s transit provider, leading a team that is building the next generation of transit operators for Austin and helping to connect its citizens to the greater community. .

Most recently, he built out entire sales and marketing teams for companies in the construction tech and cybersecurity industries. He also volunteers his time as a Vice President of the University of North Texas Austin Alumni Chapter, and as a Board Member of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation, where he uses his recruiting acumen to help find companies set up shop in the city of Pflugerville.
