Tim Butler is a senior technical sourcer for New Relic, Inc., a software company that develops SaaS products used for monitoring the performance of a company's applications and systems, as well as providing digital insights that help companies innovate faster.  His role is 100% focused on sourcing technical professionals for the Product and Engineering teams at New Relic.  He's been in the recruiting industry for nearly 8 years, primarily on the agency side.  Tim is a big believer in using social media for recruiting along with old school networking and Boolean search methods.  He also has a passion for diversity in technology and can often be found attending Portland Women in Technology (PDXWIT) networking events.

You name it, he’s hired for it. Adam Rosenfield is a seasoned veteran of the HR and talent acquisition space, working with companies from seed stage to IPO and placing leaders from entry-level to C-suite while creating just and inclusive organizations in the process. He currently works for CapMetro, Austin’s transit provider, leading a team that is building the next generation of transit operators for Austin and helping to connect its citizens to the greater community. .

Most recently, he built out entire sales and marketing teams for companies in the construction tech and cybersecurity industries. He also volunteers his time as a Vice President of the University of North Texas Austin Alumni Chapter, and as a Board Member of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation, where he uses his recruiting acumen to help find companies set up shop in the city of Pflugerville.
