Matt Rimer is a Talent Acquisition Executive and Entrepreneur with over 20 years of TA experience in two of the largest health systems in the US. He has spent the last 2.5 years at Trinity Health; before that, he spent 17 years at UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center). In his time at both organizations, Matt has built and led teams across the entire recruitment function - from Sourcers and Recruiters to Marketing and Operations. His early career as a recruiter in technology has led to a passion for software development and a focus on enabling TA teams through smart processes and technology deployments.

When Matt is not working or spending time with his wife and two girls, he can be found peddling his road bike or hiking the nearest mountain.

Divya is the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Alpine Investors, a people-driven private equity firm focused on investments in the software and services industries. Prior to joining Alpine, Divya worked at the Human Rights Commission as the recipient of the 2019 Fish Fellow in Civic Leadership. During her time working in city government, she launched Mayor London Breed’s signature youth workforce program, successfully designing the City of San Francisco’s largest, fully paid internship initiative with over 2000 youth and 150 employers engaging in the program’s first year. She credits much of her professional success to the skills and mindsets she learned early in her career as a first-grade teacher in Arizona. She remains committed to creating a better world for her former students, many of whom would benefit from the impactful programs and holistic initiatives that she currently leads at Alpine. Divya is an alumna of Teach For America and holds dual degrees in Sociology and Classical Languages from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Takia Canty (she/her/hers) previously, the Head of Recruiting and Business Operations with over a decade of Talent, Recruiting Operations & Inclusive Hiring expereince. Worked in a Telehealth start-up organization as their first Talent Aquisiton hire. In her tenure, she built and scaled a national recruiting strategy that successfully doubled the size of their workforce in conjunction with launching a new ATS, defining their employer brand with inclusivity initiatives and much more. Takia's passion for recruiting is infectious and dates back to her pre-professional days. Over the past deacde plus, Takia has mastered her trade, built global hiring strategies and has partnered closely with the business to ensure sustainable growth in regards to all things human capital. She understands the talent landscape and the ever changing market.
