June is over. It’s no longer Pride month. Now what?

Now it’s time to ensure that you are creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ employees that extends beyond a mere 30 days. In other words, the efforts you may have made celebrating Pride are important, but how are you treating your people the other 11 months of the year?

Join this webinar to hear from practitioners and queer people who are doing the work to ensure inclusive workplaces — and who can speak to the consequences of poor investment in this area. You’ll gain practical insights from their stories and case studies about what best-in-class belonging really means, including how to:

  • Uncover hidden biases that may be undermining engagement and productivity
  • Cultivate ongoing allyship throughout your organization
  • Develop policies to support trans workers
  • Educate your people about pronouns to improve your culture

Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits. If you have any issues with the registration process, reach out to us directly at webinars@ere.net.
