Talent Acquisition and AI – Separating Fantasy from Reality

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Talent acquisition best practices and recruiting processes have changed monumentally over the last two decades. Evolving from a paper-based database to digital applicant tracking systems, technology has allowed recruiters to work more effectively and efficiently. AI will offer the same advances for recruiters by giving them access to a tool which will allow them to streamline their processes and work more proficiently. Because AI is a learning technology, recruiters who embrace AI, learn how it works, take part in “teaching” the AI, and recognize how they can utilize it to their benefit will have a significant career advantage over those who choose to avoid or ignore this growing technology.

Join Chris Murdock, chief sourcing officer and co-founder at IQTalent Partners, for a free webinar on Thursday, May 16.

Webinar Takeaways:

  • History of recruiting technology to date- where does AI exist in the tools already used: back end of LinkedIn, social media algorithms, chatbots, etc.
  • Benefits of automation and artificial intelligence: removing bias, creating efficiencies, increasing speed of tasks. AI is only as good as the data that it is given and the algorithm that is written.
  • AI cannot replace humans; it makes humans more effective.

Who Should Attend: Anyone involved with talent acquisition who seeks to better understand where the industry is headed from a technological standpoint.

This webinar will fill up fast. Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits.
