ERE Webinar

Talent Acquisition Analytics

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Much like baseball, recruiting is a sport driven by statistics and metrics. With so much to analyze, many recruiting leaders and their teams are inundated by a multitude of numbers and data points. Determining which pieces of information are most important can be confusing, but making that determination is critical to the success of everyone involved with talent acquisition.

Join us for a free webinar on Thursday, September 5 with Jodie Lane. She’ll show you and your team which data is meaningful and which data is simply noise to be filtered out. She will also illustrate why stories and human elements are more important than ever, in spite of the datafication of the recruiting industry.

Key Webinar Take Aways Will Include:

  • How to tend to your metrics like you tend to your brand
  • Which stats are the most valuable
  • The process of meshing all of the data into a full story

Who Should Attend:

  • Recruiters and recruiting leaders who recognize the need for more powerful analytics and are hungry for more information about how to better leverage metrics and data.

This webinar will fill up fast. Register for free to reserve your seat now. Can’t attend? No problem! Register for the webinar, and you’ll receive a link to view the video recording the next day. Everyone who attends the live broadcast will receive HRCI and SHRM credits.

Jodie Lane, the "Recruitment Yogini", provides balance to her highly successful recruiting career by devoting time to yoga and her love of studying people’s career stories. She began recruiting full time in 2008 and loves it. Jodie earned her chops as a professional recruiter in the franchise industry, creating a pipeline of new franchise prospects, streamlining the vetting process, and improving lead generation. At the start of the Great Recession, employers trimmed payrolls by 1.2 million jobs and temporary help services jobs declined 9.4%. This didn’t deter from Jodie from changing the direction of her career. Seeking a change, Jodie founded a general staffing franchise, providing a unique vantage point for learning more about recruiting and herself. This led Jodie to an opportunity with a startup, which morphed into a marketing/recruiting consulting business where she recruited designers and developers to deliver marketing projects. When a key client was acquired, Jodie began recruiting hardware and software engineers.

Jodie is now established as a Senior Tech Recruiter on the U.S. Talent Acquisition team at a global technology company called ARM, with expertise in recruiting sales, IoT, CPU, wireless, and more. (You may not have heard of ARM, but you are using ARM technology right now.) In addition to a successful career as a leader in the recruiting industry, Jodie practices yoga along with other life hacks, hence the title Recruitment Yogini.
