April Leah Holcomb is a sourcing veteran; 2022 marks 30 years practicing her craft. She is the Managing Director of Sourcing and Research for ChenMed. ChenMed is a mission driven organization based in Miami, Florida that offers VIP healthcare to the neediest populations. April has built several sourcing teams for Corporations, RPO and her own businesses.

When not working, April spends her time traveling, exploring, bicycling and attending concerts with her husband. Her son is also learning to be a sourcer. April’s life motto is No Bad Days.
