Matt Duren

Matt Duren has been in recruiting since he graduated James Madison University in 2001. Starting out in a technical staffing agency, Matt quickly transitioned to corporate recruiting and has lead recruiting teams responsible for technical and college recruiting, as well as Employment Branding. He holds a Masters in Organizational Development and Strategic HR from Johns Hopkins University.  Matt is currently the Recruiting Manager at Tenable, a cyber security product company located in Columbia, MD and serves on the Board of Directors for recruitDC, a DC-based recruiting conference and community. When he’s not recruiting, you can find Matt enjoying family-time with his wife and two daughters, training for the occasional Obstacle Course Race, and eating Gummy Bears…lots of Gummy Bears.
