Amanda Linard is a Compensation Director for the Pharmaceutical segment and five global recognition programs within Cardinal Health located in the corporate office in Dublin, OH. Her primary responsibilities include base pay management, incentive design and administration as well as managing global recognition programs. During her more than 20 years in the Compensation field, she has been responsible for collaborating with business leaders to design jobs and career paths and providing education training to managers regarding compensation, rewards and recognition. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration concentrating in Human Resources. Amanda has earned the designations of Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork and Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources.
