Chicago native and DePaul Alum, Crystal has spent the last 22 years changing the game in Talent Acquisition. Crystal has a broad background in talent acquisition at all job levels that spans from Agency to Corporate; in industries like Technology, CPG, Professional Services, Telecom and Distribution. She has a successful track record building company’s recruitment infrastructure, including process, teams, systems and employment brands from the ground up. She has helped many companies struggling to scale in today’s competitive and always changing talent marketplace. Crystal considers herself a change agent who is passionate about solving corporate challenges with real world talent strategy.

Today Crystal leads her newly built Talent Acquisition function at SAC Wireless, a Telecommunications Service company that is growing rapidly to support all the major wireless carriers’ ability to take the world to 5G networks!

Charlotte Cantu

Charlotte  Cantu has been in the Talent Acquisition space for over 15 years, with the last 11 years in a variety of leadership roles at various organizations. She joined Waste Management in 2012 as the leader of the Corporate Talent team and has since rotated as the leader over several Talent teams within the company. She is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition for the southern half of the United States and along with the rest of the Talent leaders,  has led the transformation of the Talent function at Waste Management over the last several years. Her team is focused on high volume field operations recruiting and is responsible for hiring over 5,500 employees annually.  Prior to Waste Management, Charlotte served in various Talent leadership roles in the Funeral & Cemetery Services, Accounting, and Healthcare industries. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources  from American Intercontinental University (AIU Online).
