Faster Hires and Better Retention with Authentic Engagement
One of the easiest ways to make your recruiting team more effective is to advocate authentic engagement throughout the recruiting process. By encouraging recruiters and hiring managers to bring their full selves to every stage of the talent acquisition journey, candidates will be given permission to also let their true identities shine, which often results in faster times to fill and dramatically improved retention rates.
Join us for a free webinar as Chris Murdock chats with Teeona Mayberry, Lorenzo Casanova, and Carmel Jordan about how insistence on authenticity pays dividends for the teams recruiters and sourcers hire talent for.
Key discussion points of this webinar will include:
- Bringing honesty, transparency, and authenticity into the recruiting process
- Coaching hiring managers to also bring their full selves to candidate interviews
- Connecting the dots between authenticity, employer brand, and retention
