    Doesn’t John Maxwell say that people don’t care about how much you know until they know how much you care?

    When we show we care, consistently, in the language of the people whom we are entrusted to lead and must lead, is it easier to inspire or shove, persuade or have influence with?

    Getting to know your people the best you can, even if in a large organization, and then staying in consistent communication with them, encouraging and supporting them, making them feel a part of the mission in more than just words and not talking from a throne will significantly increase connection, loyalty, ambition and productivity.
