    I really enjoy your citation of Josh Bersin and the Five Elements that Drive Engagement; but your headline and opening paragraphs belie the deeper change that is required for *real* employee enablement that Josh outlines here. Making those changes require a corporate shift in leadership and management – not just fair wages and badges on social media. That’s a quick-fix that many have tried to sell, and have failed (if that’s the only thing done).
