    Emailing candidates on the weekend isn’t something many employers would think about! That’s an interesting approach. I wonder if they would do so if they didn’t have access to their desktop. Mobile apps for ATS could solve that (like this one, for example: http://bit.ly/2qlkRUr), I think, by allowing easy access and notifications to important times to reach out to top talent. Otherwise it seems it might get nabbed up by the competitors emailing on the weekends!

    Were the messages crafted the same way with all of the outreach? I wonder if any of it was influenced by extraneous factors? Regardless, interesting info, and I can’t wait to see the InMail research!
