    So..the “and common stock” part…how does that work? Did the big drop in LinkedIn stock impact the purchase price at all? I’m clueless on how these big deals/acquisitions work.

    That’s a lot of money for LinkedIn to just bury the tool…and it really doesn’t make that much sense (at least to me) for them to integrate it into their services, so my questions still remains: why?
