    I know at my work, if a competitor started opening up jobs, that place would empty out in a week.

    I took a job in Sept 2013 that pays about 65% of my old job. People were leaving the old job like rats jumping off a sinking ship. I took my new job mainly because of the schedule that is has.
    Mandatory overtime should be outlawed.
