    As an employment lawyer, I’m usually on the side of the policy. This one, I’m not so sure. Rather than an additional, stand alone, social media policy, I’m more likely to advocate a stronger policy to protect intellectual property (from theft through social media or employee mobility) or prevent harassment and bullying (on social media sites); incorporating social media examples. But otherwise, everybody tweets.
