    Thoughtful article. I implore more Hiring Managers and Company Leaders to embrace your strategies. i don’t believe we have a talent shortage here in the US, rather, we aren’t managing and mentoring our existing talent to align with our ever evolving needs. Frequent check-ins and feedback are vital and ensure we stay aligned with the changing needs of the organization. Employees need to be accountable and nurtured to optimal performance, likewise, Hiring Managers need to be accountable for their mentoring e.g. concede when they don’t know how to manage to expectations.
